Creative Contracting was hired to design and build an addition to this 5 year old home in Hamilton, OH. The remodeling “wish list” included: additional interior and exterior entertaining spaces. However, our clients did not want a traditional poured concrete foundation. The final design included a 2nd story addition that increased the existing Family Room and Kitchen/Dining area as well as a covered outdoor patio area, a covered platform deck with composite decking, and exterior storage room. The elevated platform required upgraded insulation and HVAC to ensure our Owners were comfortable year round. With unique ceiling details, new LVT flooring throughout, and speciality lighting – we created a seamless transition that feels like it was part of the original design and the Owners now have a beautiful space the entire family can enjoy.
