After a great experience with our first project, a bathroom addition on our second floor, we decided to select Creative again for our home extension and remodel. This was a much larger scale project, and Rick, Joe, Mark, Lauren, and the entire team surpassed our expectations yet again. From architectural design to interior design/selections to construction quality, everything was handled professionally. Most of all, I appreciate each person's passion in ensuring that our vision was coming to life along the way. Update: After a great experience having Creative Contracting renovate our kitchen last year, we hired them to renovate 3 of our bathrooms this year. Again, we are so happy with the outcome. I can’t imagine any company being more thorough than they are. Our master bathroom was completely overhauled with a huge new shower, gorgeous cabinets, lighting, fixtures, and flooring. It’s like a spa and we love it! I cannot recommend them highly enough!It’s not easy finding a home renovation specialist. Personal testimonials certainly helped us choose one—Creative Contracting. And we could not be happier with our choice. They’re thoroughly professional, courteous, and accommodating. Debi suggested one change that dramatically transformed our kitchen. It has been six months since our project was finished and all I can say is everyone absolutely loves our remodel. The team was extraordinary to work with. Joe, Debbie and Lauren made the entire process enjoyable. It was the first time I had ever hired any one to do redecorating and remodeling for me. Everyone that entered my home was professional. courteous and paid attention to detail. Creative Contracting, Inc. is composed of an astounding group of people. Each and every one listened, responded, acted, helped, did their job and more in ways that were over and beyond all expectations. My husband was ill when we first talked and passed away before we broke ground; this group supported me and his dream in every way! Debi explained every step of the process and the contract and put together an amazing group of subs. Joe oversaw the project, meeting with me weekly to keep tabs and answer any questions. Throughout the project, the team was in touch, responsive and helped us navigate any unexpected circumstances. Lauren is the key to making sure that design, color choices, material selections, etc. look great together and support the intended feeling for the spaces. Creative Contracting built a beautiful room addition over our garage. It is my dream studio with a gorgeous vaulted ceiling, and a balcony overlooking the backyard! We came to them with a pretty clear idea for the design , unsure if it was even possible, but I felt after the very first meeting that they truly understood my vision. This feeling was reinforced in each successive step of the process. We searched for months for a contractor to help us with our home office project. We met with two different representatives who came to take measurements and we even got a design proposal from one of them. Unfortunately, they stopped answering our emails and calls without explanation. I assume they had bigger projects to prioritize over ours. Fortunately, we came across Creative Contracting Inc., and our experience with them was fantastic, just the opposite. I appreciate they took our request seriously from the very beginning, despite being a small project. We needed a customized shared office space for two people with a standing desk on one side. Their team worked closely with us throughout the whole process including design, selection of materials, and execution. They did an excellent job and they accommodated our requests even after the project was completed since there were a few minor issues we wanted to be fixed. A huge shout-out to Debi and Lauren, who went above and beyond and met with us several times to make sure the design and selections met our expectations and budget. I hired Creative to do a complete renovation of my kitchen and powder room and transform an office into a pantry/laundry room/mud room. I’m very pleased with my experience with them. The design process was fun and an excellent balance between my ideas and professional design help from my designer Lauren. The construction team Jay and Adam were professional, attentive to my questions and easily pivoted when I would request minor alterations to the plans. Their timeline was pretty darn close to accurate, and they worked hard at my request to get my powder room functional for houseguests even though it wasn’t slated to be done until the following week. I am loving my new spaces and couldn’t be happier with the results. I would gladly work with them again on future home projects.

I had a vision of how I wanted the basement and 1st floor office to function and flow. We chose Creative Consulting to finish our basement. Debi did an outstanding job transforming our unfinished basement with a challenging layout into a beautiful and functional space. Joe managed construction well, communicated when needed, and overcame several challenges with post-COVID supply chain issues. We were most impressed with Joe’s handling of the minor issues that came up. He never made it our problem and quickly got it resolved almost magically. Last but not least, Lauren did an ansolutely incredible job with selections and aesthetic design. Neither my wife nor I are good at interior decorating. We used Creative Contracting for a large remodeling project, including the kitchen, dining room and half-bath in our 100+ year old home. We couldn’t be happier with the result! It was a complicated project, and involved removing a load-bearing wall with a fireplace from the middle of the house. The team was wonderful throughout the process, from coming up with the design that best fit our needs to working with us as we lived at home through the project. We used Creative Contracting for a second floor addition in our 100+ year old home that included a bedroom, bathroom, and walk in closet as well as a first floor addition to create an eat-in kitchen area. We also got all new siding, windows, and refinished the original hardwoods. This was a major project, to say the least. It was not without its challenges but we appreciated the excellent communication/swift action from Rick, Joe and Lauren anytime an issue would arise. This includes coming to our home early on a Sunday morning to promptly address a water damage issue. Their design build process is well thought out and transparent so you know what to expect. Living through construction is never ideal and at times you definitely wonder if it’s going to be worth it. But seeing the end product now, I can say it was all absolutely worth it and I would definitely do it again. Thank you, Creative Contracting!
We used Creative Contracting, Inc. to completely remodel our basement after an unfortunate flood last year. From the first phone call until the end-of-project celebration, our project was effortless on our part with unbeatable quality! They were flexible with our busy schedule, on time, on budget, and completely transparent with all of the ins and outs of our construction work! The scope of our project was broad, with installation of a bar, kitchen, theater room, new floors, a built-in wine rack, cabinetry, and really incredible accent decor elements throughout. We contacted Creating Contracting to build a roof over our existing patio. To say that the level of design and construction expertise well exceeded our expeditions is an understatement. The Creative Contracting professionals designed and built a stunning, well-crafted structure that has become our favorite new living space. And though our project was a relatively small one, Joe, the Project Manager, and everyone at Creative Contracting made us feel as though our project was the most important job they had. Joe quickly responded to any questions we had, and ensured that all proceeded smoothly. If we could have given Creative Contracting more than five stars, we would have done so because they’ve earned our unconditional endorsement.
We had a wonderful experience with CCI! We renovated our backyard adding a screened in porch with fireplace and a swimming pool. The pool was managed by a different company but everything else was managed through CCI. The whole process was very well managed, with a lot of interactions in person, via email and on the phone; we never felt like we had to follow up and things were always communicated promptly which was really appreciated. There were many hiccups to manage as it always happens (subcontractors going out of business, materials running out, last minute changes from our side) and every time things were handled professionally, with clear financial and timing impacts and without stress for us. We had many chances to provide input and feedback through reviews and inspections, and every time we felt heard and it was well received. Finally the finished product turned out absolutely beautifully and we are super happy with the quality of the work, the follow through and the service overall. CCI is not cheap but they are very transparent about their added costs and they are worth every penny, I would definitely hire them again. Since we also had a different contractor for the pool we could draw comparisons between the two; while both delivered excellent quality and we are very happy with the results, you could definitely tell a difference in attention to details and customer service with CCI especially on the timely communication (which is a huge deal for us as we have very busy lives), documentation (every change is captured and approved including cost impact and time impact) and ownership; one small example of this was a miss on the floor sealing which ended up having to be redone - CCI came back in the spring more than 6 months after everything was fully paid and signed to complete the work as they had promised.
Creative Contracting made the entire renovation process fun and stress-free. They were always available to answer questions and fix any issues. I’m very happy with our extensive renovation project- it looks like a brand new house! Their team is great at what they do and made a large project seem very manageable.

I contracted with Creative to complete a basement project in a very tight window of time and the frame of work was extremely tedious. Not only did they complete the basement within that timeframe but they made made and suggested better ideas along the way that even I didn't anticipate. Ultimately, the vision I had for my basement doesn't begin to compare to the finished product that they provided. All the staff and workers were prompt, informative, innovative, knowledgeable and most of all professional. I would highly recommend and I will definitely use them for any future endeavors!
