Creative Contracting was established in January of 1993. Our business model was based on providing quality craftsmanship combined with exceptional customer service. Through partnerships with local retail companies, our company provided home improvement services to residential homeowners.
In 1996, Creative Contracting, Inc. partnered with Stan Better Architects to perform numerous residential remodeling projects. Over the next 5 years, the companies completed multiple award-winning projects, and developed the foundation for our DESIGN/BUILD business model.
In 2001, Creative Contracting, Inc. and Stan Better Architects merged to create SBC Companies. Together, the two companies designed and remodeled hundreds of residential and commercial projects winning multiple Regional and National awards. Our services expanded to include Historic Restorations, Insurance Disaster Restorations and Aging in Place Designs.
In 2016, after 15 successful years and hundreds of satisfied customers, Creative Contracting, Inc. acquired the construction division of SBC Companies and continued to work with Stan Better Architects to provide the unparalleled customer service and award-winning DESIGN/BUILD remodeling work we have become known for.
In 2020, another growth opportunity presented itself and Creative Contracting acquired Bauscher Construction LLC. Bausher Construction was a highly regarded, 3rd generation remodeling firm located in Loveland, OH. This acquisition provided Creative Contracting with additional sales/design personnel and strengthened our growing team of professional craftsmen.
With over 30 years of industry experience, Creative Contracting Inc. offers our clients a proven Design/Build process based on our founding principles – Quality Craftsmanship & Exceptional customer service.
Our office is located in Mason, Ohio and we are proud to serve the Homeowners of Butler, Clermont, Hamilton, and Warren counties.
Our Team offers a full suite of professional remodeling services including design/build. We’re licensed, bonded and insured to do residential remodeling in Hamilton, Butler, Warren, & Clermont County.
