Creative Contracting Inc. was established by Rick Boyle in January of 1993. Our business was based on providing quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. Stan Better Construction Company was established in 1981 by Stan Better AIA. Soon after, Mr. Better started Stan Better Architects, LLC to provide architectural design services for his construction company.
In 1996, Creative Contracting, Inc. partnered with Stan Better Architects to perform several residential remodeling projects. Over the next 5 years, the companies completed multiple award winning projects and fine-tuned our DESIGN/BUILD business model.
In 2001, Creative Contracting, Inc. and Stan Better Architects merged to create SBC Companies. Together, the companies designed and built hundreds of residential and commercial projects and won multiple Regional and National awards. Our services expanded to include Historic Restorations, Insurance Disaster Restorations and Aging In Place Designs.
In 2015, after 15 successful years and hundreds of satisfied customers, Creative Contracting, Inc. took control of the construction division. We continue to work with Stan Better Architects to provide the unparalleled customer service and award winning DESIGN/BUILD remodeling work we have become known for. In 2020, we acquired Bauscher Construction LLC.
With over 25 years of combined experience, Creative Contracting Inc. and Stan Better Construction Company provide our clients with an enjoyable remodeling experience. We have relocated our office to Mason Ohio and look forward to growing our business in Butler, Clermont, Hamilton and Warren counties.
Our Team offers a full suite of professional remodeling services including design/build. We’re licensed, bonded and insured to do residential remodeling in Hamilton, Butler, Warren, & Clermont County.
