Project Summary: Small Addition – Huge Impact
By adding less than 50 square feet of new space and reconfiguring the existing laundry room, Creative Contracting was able to add an oversized island and create a kitchen floor plan that is both comfortable for a family of 3 or for entertaining a party of 30. This open concept floor plan provides an inviting design, easy flow, enhanced workspace, and increased storage capabilities. The design also provides a unique blend of functional and modern selections.
The Challenge
Remove interior walls, construct a small room addition, and reconfigure first floor laundry room to providing a more open floor plan and multi-purpose entertainment area.
