Creative Contracting was hired to update an existing covered porch and deck with new, durable, and low maintenance materials.

Project Selections

Creative’s Selection Coordinator worked with our Homeowners to explore numerous material options and combinations to accomplish the desired outcome. Final selections included Fiberon IPE composite decking with a hidden fastening system and Timbertech aluminum railings. A matching IPE drink rail and LED lighting were added to pull the finishes together. The existing rear entry door was also removed, and a Pella Reserve Double Sliding Glass door was installed to improve the natural light and provide a better view of the new pool.
