Outdoor Oasis

We had a wonderful experience with CCI! We renovated our backyard adding a screened in porch with fireplace and a swimming pool. The pool was managed by a different company but everything else was managed through CCI. The whole process was very well managed, with a lot of interactions in person, via email and on the phone; we never felt like we had to follow up and things were always communicated promptly which was really appreciated. There were many hiccups to manage as it always happens (subcontractors going out of business, materials running out, last minute changes from our side) and every time things were handled professionally, with clear financial and timing impacts and without stress for us. We had many chances to provide input and feedback through reviews and inspections, and every time we felt heard and it was well received. Finally the finished product turned out absolutely beautifully and we are super happy with the quality of the work, the follow through and the service overall. CCI is not cheap but they are very transparent about their added costs and they are worth every penny, I would definitely hire them again. Since we also had a different contractor for the pool we could draw comparisons between the two; while both delivered excellent quality and we are very happy with the results, you could definitely tell a difference in attention to details and customer service with CCI especially on the timely communication (which is a huge deal for us as we have very busy lives), documentation (every change is captured and approved including cost impact and time impact) and ownership; one small example of this was a miss on the floor sealing which ended up having to be redone - CCI came back in the spring more than 6 months after everything was fully paid and signed to complete the work as they had promised.
