A hidden, vanishing retractable pool cover was installed for ease for when it is no longer pool season. A sunken hot tub nearby offers warmth on those cooler days. Additional Provia Seneca stone veneer walls with Limestone caps surround the hot tub creating a beautiful, balanced border for this pool deck and additional seating options for large gatherings. Accent lighting throughout these stone walls, as well as extensive landscape lighting adds stunning ambiance in the evenings.
When you are ready to dry off and catch a game or the latest movie release, the 16’ x 18’ pavilion, an extension of the pool deck, is the perfect place to keep the party going. This pavilion is complete with a stone TV wall with sound bar to match the stone surrounding the pool. Also included is an outdoor beverage fridge and shelves for storage. Limestone counters cap the fridge and shelving areas, as well as the stone bases on the (4) columns. A concrete, non-combustible and weather proof mantle in Dark Brown Wood Grain was installed in the stone wall for a warm and cozy look. 3” V Groove material was installed on the vaulted ceiling was stained to match the mantel color for continuity. A 65” MinkaAire Xtreme outdoor fan in coal was installed to keep the air moving on even the warmest days.
