Project Summary: Mom’s Place
Creative Contracting was hired to design a Multi-Generation addition to an existing home in Loveland OH. With the owner’s desire to have parents move into their existing home, we designed an 860 square foot addition with all the amenities needed for comfortable independent living. The addition included a Master Bedroom suite, Kitchen, Laundry, Great Room with fireplace and large picture windows overlooking the new pool.
The Challenge
Creating an In-Law suite with less than 900 square feet that would incorporate all the comforts and amenities of home.
