Project Summary: An Elegant Place to Relax

Creative Contracting was hired to redesign and enlarge an existing 1960’s 2nd floor Master Suite. After exploring numerous design options, the Owners decided to expand the existing bathroom out over the garage and create a much larger and more sumptuous Master Suite including a large walk-in shower, soaking tub, additional cabinetry, built-in storage, custom laundry chute, and a large walk-in closet. The design also allowed for expansion of an adjacent bedroom. With minimal impact to the exterior architecture and appearance of the home, we were able to create a beautiful and very functional space for our clients to relax and unwind.
