An overside soaking tub took over this bathroom footprint, and did not allow for a comfortable shower experience or adequate storage and space to get ready for the day for the Mr. and Mrs. of the home to utilize simultaneously.

Project Summary: Clean, Cool, and Classic
The homeowners requests were a larger shower and better use of the space to allow for them both to utilize the bathroom. Our designer came up with a few layout options, and the homeowners fell in love with one that had His and Hers adjacent vanities, and allowed for Hers to be oversized with ample storage. The enlarged shower took the place of the tub, and created a hotel-like experience (so we were told!).
While working with the Selections Coordinator, the homeowners expressed they wanted light, bright, airy, and timeless. But they weren’t sure how to achieve that without doing an entirely white bathroom. They all worked together during the selections process with the goal to warm up the space while still keeping everything light and classic. The grey-toned stained cabinetry, contrasts beautifully with the marble-like white floor tile. Quartzite countertops with hints of turquoise and grey were chosen for the vanities and as accents throughout the shower. With the oversized window and loads of natural light located within the shower, a darker tile was chosen for the shower walls to give a cozy feel, without feeling small. A mix of black and nickel toned plumbing and hardware accents throughout give a tailored and customized aesthetic that will be enjoyed for years to come.

The Challenge
Creative Contracting was fantastic! Never having done anything like this before, we were anxious about the costs, the schedule, having strangers in our house for so long, not really knowing if the finished product was going to be worth it. It absolutely was worth it, and we would do it again, NO REGRETS, we love it!!! The entire Creative staff were professional, respectful, incredibly patient with all our questions and most of all, they expected and demanded excellence from everyone involved on their team.
