This project has a stunning blend of colors, materials, and textures. There was no shying away from bold hues and stylish elements that are sure to catch the eye. From the rich blue custom cabinetry, textured wallpaper, and soft brass lighting accents in the Library. To the custom 9’ (commercial sized) metal hood placed above a LaCanche range, surrounded by hand-picked soapstone and quartzite countertops in the Kitchen. To the relaxing japanese soaking tub enclosed in a marble wet room with steam shower technology in the Master Bath- This home truly does now have it all!This beautiful 125 year old Clifton home showcases a seamless blend of period specific architecture and modern technology. Creative Contracting was hired to perform a complete interior and exterior renovation that included Kitchen/Porch Additions, new Master Bathroom with steam shower and soaking tub, Walk-in closets, Laundry, Dining Room, Parlor, Study, Home Offices, Control 4 Home Automation System, and complete update of all interior and exterior finishes. The project span over 2 years and the outcome was absolutely stunning.

Creative Contracting was hired to transform this 1895 Clifton Estate into a forever family home. With the goal of keeping the old world character (charm) and period specific architecture while introducing modern conveniences- The collaboration between our team and the homeowners vision proved to be one for the ages!
The project included 3 floors of interior renovations and an addition for a large kitchen that would be in any chefs dreams and a rear all-season patio.
