Project Summary: Paradise Porch
Creative Contracting was hired to design and build an outdoor living area for this beautiful Montgomery home. The original construction included a small platform deck and concrete patio. With an approach that seamlessly connected the interior and exterior spaces – our new design incorporated a larger platform deck to increase the overall square footage. Design details also included: composite flooring, decorative metal railings, a two-sided fireplace, bead-board ceilings, lighting, and cozy outdoor furniture. The compilation of these elements provided a comfortable and relaxing outdoor paradise allowing this growing family to enjoy the outdoors season after season.

We have used Creative for two projects - a covered deck/outdoor living space with a fireplace and finished basement with a bar, entertainment area, bedroom, bathroom, exercise room, and wine room. Both finished projects are incredible and are the most used spaces in our home. Their design, craftsmanship and attention to detail are all phenomenal. Both experiences with their team were also incredible. I was pregnant during both projects and they were patient and understanding in working to meet my “baby deadlines.” Their team (including their chosen subcontractors) is kind, easy to work with and considerate. Their team has watched our family grow and truly cares about us and our home.
